教育目標 Course Target

課程目標: 1.理解台灣在開放東南亞移工與婚姻移民後,在人權、文化、政治、經濟與社會上所產生的議題。 2.對台灣多元族群及文化概念能有足夠的理解。 3.檢討台灣人民對於東南亞移工與婚姻移民論述中的種族中心主義。 4.解讀相關媒體報導,並且透過學生親身經驗的觀察,接觸東南亞移工與婚姻移民女性。 5.相關政策及法規探討:體悟到台灣社會對東南亞移工與婚姻移民之不友善,以及政策法規制訂上之不完善、差別性與歧視性,使學生能夠關心我群外之利益,構築公民文化需具備之現代公民素養。 課程內涵: 在全球化趨勢下,移工及移民政策的開放使得各個國家在處理人權與種族衝突相關議題時變得比起過往更為複雜與困難,台灣亦需面對同樣的課題。本課程特別針對台灣在開放東南亞移工與婚姻移民後,在人權、文化、政治、經濟與社會面向上所產生的現象進行分析探討,特別是人權的保障與實現,期望學生能夠對東南亞移工移民現象與人權現況有初步的了解。本課程的內容設計以培養多元文化及尊重差異之價值觀為核心,鼓勵學生探索相關議題,反思己身常見的刻板印象或偏見,透過自身經驗的省思及與移工移民生命經驗的交流,進而提升學生對於多元文化經驗的接納理解,並且對台灣當今社會所呈現的人權和種族種突議題進行反思。Course goal: 1. Understand the issues of human rights, culture, politics, economy, and society after the opening of Southeast Asian migration and marriage immigrants. 2. It can have a sufficient understanding of Taiwan's diverse ethnic groups and cultural concepts. 3. Review the racial centerism in the people of Taiwan's migration and marriage immigration in Southeast Asia. 4. Interpretation of relevant media reports, and through the observation of students' personal experience, contact women in Southeast Asian migrant workers and marriage immigrants. 5. Related policies and regulations: I have realized the inadequateness of Taiwan society for Southeast Asian migrant workers and marriage immigrants, as well as the imperfect, differentiality and discrimination of policy and regulations, so that students can care about the interests of my outside group and build citizens to build citizens Culture needs modern citizen literacy. Curriculum connotation: Under the trend of globalization, the opening of migration and immigration policies has made various countries become more complicated and difficult to deal with issues related to human rights and racial conflicts than in the past. Taiwan also needs to face the same topic. This course specially analyzes and explore the phenomenon of human rights, culture, politics, economy, and society after opening up Southeast Asian migration and marriage immigration. The phenomenon of immigration and the current situation of human rights have a preliminary understanding. The content design of this course is based on cultivating the values ​​of diversified culture and respect for differences. It encourages students to explore related issues, reflect on common stereotypes or prejudices, and communicate with their own experience and exchanges with the life experience of migrant immigrants. Improving students' acceptance of multicultural experience, and reflecting on human rights and ethnic discouragement issues presented by Taiwan today's society.
