教育目標 Course Target
This course intends to give students a broad and clear view about the general theories and applications in various aspects of biotechnology, including in plants and animals as food resources, environments, medicine, and global energy resources. Open discussions and debates to controversial topics such as GMOs and genome editing are integrated in the class for the training of independent thinking among students.
