學習是一輩子的事情，瞭解學習記憶的形成，將有助於提升自我學習的能力。本課程將從生物學的角度切入，使同學瞭解大腦與學習記憶是如何發生關係的。透過本課程希望同學可以瞭解：(一) 大腦的結構與功能（二）學習記憶的科學意義（三）如何提升在自我學習的能力。學習與記憶是人類智慧的開端，隨著神經科學的蓬勃發展以及醫學影像科技的進步，人類終於可以開始探究學習與記憶是如何產生的。眾所周知，學習記憶的產生主要發生於大腦，而人類的大腦是約一千五百億個神經細胞所組合而成的複雜構造，這些複雜的神經細胞在學習記憶發生的過程中，產生了什麼樣的變化，而記憶又是以什麼樣的形式儲存在腦細胞中。近年來科學界已經逐漸明聊學習與記憶發生的機制，甚者透過對於此一機制的瞭解，科學家更進一步希望研發提升記憶的藥物，諸如此類的議題，是本課程所關注的，也期待透過課程的討論，能夠促使同學了解自己並提升學習的動力。Learning is a matter of one's own business. Understanding the formation of learning memory will help improve one's own learning ability. This course will be based on biology, so that students can understand how brain and learning memory are related. Through this course, I hope that students can understand: (1) The structure and function of the brain (2) The scientific meaning of learning memory (3) How to improve the ability to learn in one's own way. Learning and memory are the beginning of human intelligence. With the vigorous development of neuroscience and the advancement of medical imaging technology, humans can finally begin to explore how learning and memory are produced. As we all know, the production of learning memory mainly occurs in the brain, and the human brain is a complex structure composed of about 15 million neural cells. What changes do these complex neural cells produce during the learning process of memory, and in what form does the memory accumulate in the brain cells. In recent years, the scientific community has gradually discussed the mechanisms of learning and memory. Even through understanding of this mechanism, scientists further hope to develop medicines to improve memory. Such topics are of concern to this course, and we also hope that through discussions in the course, we can encourage students to understand themselves and improve their learning ability.
