華族的國際遷移活動,實為其國內遷移活動的延伸,這種現象在歷史上存在已久,直至19世紀中葉以後,因應跨國勞動力的需求,大批華工出洋,華族移民的蹤跡乃遍及世界各地,海外華族社會也次第形成,提供主流社會無法提供的生存發展的機會與空間。本課程主要探討近代以來華族海外移民社會的形成與發展,也將就海外華族與原鄉母國之間政、經、社方面的緊密關係與文化上的延續,輔以居留地之政經社會的變遷,探討海外華族與居留地社會在不同時空中的互動模式,期能透過本課程之學習,使本校學生能對華族海外移民如何能在移居地落地生根卻仍保有華族文化傳統的特質,有進一步的瞭解,同時也能增進析辨思維與組織整合能力,能欣賞與尊重多元文化差異,能尊重生命與關懷人類整體價值,並具備國際視野能力。The international migration activities of the Chinese nationality are actually an extension of its domestic migration activities. This phenomenon has been in history for a long time. Until the middle of the 19th century, in response to the needs of transnational labor, a large number of Chinese workers were out of the world. Overseas Chinese society has also been formed in the secondary, providing opportunities and space for survival and development that mainstream society cannot provide. This course mainly explores the formation and development of Chinese overseas immigrant society since modern times. It will also continue the close relationship and cultural continuation of politics, scriptures, and social aspects between overseas Chinese and the original hometown. The change of changes, explore the interactive model of overseas Chinese and residency society in different time and air. Through the study of this course, the students of the school can take root in Chinese overseas immigrants on the ground. There is a further understanding, and at the same time, it can also enhance the ability to analyze thinking and organizational integration, can appreciate and respect the differences in multiculturalism, respect the overall value of life and caring for human beings, and have an international perspective ability.
