Upon completion of this course, students are expected to do the followings:
1. Have a general understanding of the biblical genres.
2. Be able to read and analyze biblical stories as masterpieces of literature.
3. Understand the influence that the Bible has on western culture and literature.
4. Be able to identify and explain the meaning of the biblical allusions used in literary classics.
