Legal Aid Practicum
教育目標 Course Target
為活化法律專業學習、鼓勵法律學院法律學系學生與實際法律事件的接觸，特由財團法人法律扶助基金會台中分會之扶助律師擔任「法律扶助實習」課程之講師，於課堂上分享其辦案之實際案例，讓法律系學生進一步瞭解弱勢族群案件之特殊性及專業性，進而期許本校法律系學生將來能發揮其法律專長加入服務社會弱勢者之行列。
In order to activate the professional learning of law and encourage students from the Law Department of Law School to contact actual legal events, the assistance lawyer of the Taichung Branch of the Financial Group Legal Assistance Foundation serves as the lecturer of the "Legal Assistance Practice" course. He shared the actual cases of his case in the classroom, so that law students can further understand the particularity and professional nature of cases of weak ethnic groups. In addition, he hopes that the law students of our school will be able to help their legal experts join the ranks of weak people in serving society.
