對初學法律之學生建構一個法學初步、整體之法學概念，介紹法學之基本原理，與道德之區別，與社會之關係，說明法律之分類，解釋之方法，法學之三段論法及法律救濟之方法與程序。
讓學生對法律有正確之認識，在將來學習其他之民、刑法或程序法時，有基礎之認識。

Construct a preliminary and overall legal concept for beginning law students, introduce the basic principles of law, the difference between it and morality, and its relationship with society, explain the classification of law, the method of interpretation, the syllogism of law, and the methods and procedures of legal relief.
Let students have a correct understanding of the law and have a basic understanding when studying other civil, criminal or procedural laws in the future.

授課對象：法律系正科學生。授課內容：啟發學生認識研究法學任務，講解法學的基本概念與原理原則。法學是社會生活的科學。人與人從事工商交易、成立家庭、養育子女、承繼遺產以及參與政府組織、享用公共資源、行使公民權利、擔負社會義務時，均會受到法律之規範。因此，可以說法律是我們日常公、私生活不可或缺之科學。本課程即介紹公、私生活所必要的法學知識。

Target audience: regular law students. Teaching content: Inspire students to understand the tasks of studying law, and explain the basic concepts and principles of law. Law is the science of social life. When people engage in industrial and commercial transactions, start a family, raise children, inherit inheritance, participate in government organizations, enjoy public resources, exercise civil rights, and assume social obligations, they will all be regulated by the law. Therefore, it can be said that law is an indispensable science in our daily public and private lives. This course introduces the legal knowledge necessary for public and private life.
