民法債編各論共規範數十種有名契約，與吾人日常生活息息相關。本課程在民法總則、債編總論所建立之基礎上，更進一步聚焦於契約法，除依序說明各有名契約之要件及其概念內涵等外，亦將適時針對其間重要之法律爭議為說明，補充學理上對此提出之各家見解、並就相關司法裁判進行討論，以具體觀察實務對於爭議問題之立場為何，俾學生得由全面性之角度切入，認識不同有名契約之面貌，以強化其思辨法律問題及解決實際案例之能力。

The various treatises on Civil Law Debt regulate dozens of famous contracts, which are closely related to our daily life. Based on the General Principles of Civil Law and the General Theory of Debt, this course further focuses on contract law. In addition to explaining the elements and conceptual connotations of various well-known contracts in sequence, it will also explain the important legal disputes therein in a timely manner and supplement the theoretical suggestions on this. Various opinions and discussions on relevant judicial decisions are conducted to specifically observe the practical stance on controversial issues, so that students can understand the aspects of different well-known contracts from a comprehensive perspective, thereby strengthening their ability to think about legal issues and solve actual cases.
