本課為一學年的課程，分上、下兩學期，各為3學分。有關下學期之主要課程目標、課程規劃方向、以及參考文獻等部份內容，請參考上學期之課程綱要，在此不再累述。至於下學期之細部課程內容安排方面，則主要以介紹「木材」、「水電簡介」、「「水景」、「灌溉」、「水電」、「景觀照明」等四個單元，為討論重點。每一單元之課程內容，除上課講解之外，還會配合系上建材圖書館之建材展示、現場觀摩、或請廠商到校介紹重要產品等相關教學活動。
除此之外，每一單元尚搭配有相關作業訓練，作業內容採多樣化，以明瞭學生之學習狀況。

This course is a course for one year, divided into two classes, each with three points. For the main course objectives, course planning directions, and reference documents of the next period, please refer to the course points of the previous period, and will not be described here. As for the content arrangement of the detailed courses in the next period, the discussion focuses on four units, including "wood", "water introduction", "water view", "irrigation", "water and electricity", and "landscape lighting". In addition to the explanation of the previous course, the course content of each unit will also cooperate with the building materials display, on-site tours, or ask manufacturers to introduce important products and other related teaching activities in the building materials library.
In addition, each unit is also equipped with relevant operation training, and the work content is diverse to understand the learning status of students.
