日新月異的高智慧科技逐漸改變人類生活方式,消費者使用的產品也更推陳出新,然而,以人性關懷為核心,力圖解決人們生活/社會/環境問題的設計本質依然存在。本課程將引導學生以運用田野調查及設計思考等工具,針對特定對象族群進行完整詳盡的調查,洞察人們生活現狀中的問題面向,並以對未來社會現象的想像為核心,設計開發可因應未來社會面貌與環境條件的創新產品/服務/系統。不只是透過現象與趨勢激發創意,創造新穎的產品應用,更加強同學觀察全球發展趨勢與發掘創新產品潛力,設計出順應新時代變遷潮流的產品,進而提升個人在新產品的創新設計能力。The ever-changing high-smart technology is gradually changing the human lifestyle, and the products used by consumers are also being introduced. However, with the human nature as the core, the design essence of solving people's life/social/environmental problems still exists. This course will guide students to use tools such as field surveys and design thinking to conduct complete and detailed investigations of specific target groups, insight into the problem orientations in people's lives, and focus on imagination of future social phenomena, design and develop innovative products/services/systems that can be used to meet the future social outlook and environmental conditions. It not only stimulates creativity through phenomena and trends, creates new product applications, but also strengthens the ability to observe global development trends and explores the potential of innovative products, designs products that are adapted to the trends of the new era, thereby enhancing personal innovative design capabilities in new products.
本課程旨在探討人們在工作時與日常生活中所使用工具、機器、系統、工作方法、設備之設計及身處各種環境時應該考量之人類特徵、限制、預期及行為等要素。亦即,研究人因技術可以有效地應用在產品設計與開發過程中,以改進產品的使用性,使用者與產品的績效,使用者滿意度及產品安全等。
在產業方面,較周詳地考慮了人因工程的產品就比較能夠提高它的附加價值,也增強了它的市場競爭能力;公司提供人性化的工作制度和環境,使員工身心健康得到保障,提升了公司的形象,也提高了員工的向心力和生產力;為老人、兒童、殘障人士設計的特殊設施能使他們的生活更加便利,也促進了社會的和諧等。
This course aims to explore the human characteristics, restrictions, expectations and behaviors that people should consider when they work and in their daily lives. That is, the research technology can be effectively applied in product design and development process to improve product usability, user and product performance, user satisfaction and product safety, etc.
In terms of industry, more carefully considering products that are more likely to improve their additional value and enhance their market competitiveness; the company provides humanized working systems and environments, so that employees' physical and mental health can be guaranteed, the company's image can be enhanced, and the employees' centripetal force and production capacity can be improved. Special facilities designed for the elderly, children, and people with disabilities can make their lives more convenient and promote social harmony.
