建築除了設計外,必須被建造起來才算是真正的建築,所以建築師法中建築師的業務包含勘測規劃、詳細設計及現場監造,所以構造提供了建造房子的方法,如何按圖施工、如何選擇合理的工法、如何有效控制財務與時間、安全與效率…,這些都是構造的重要課題。而構造包括的內容很廣,建築材料、構造工法、施工方式、施工圖製作等,而且各項目常有新的研發,日新月異,所以第一學期的構造課以建築材料與構造系統為主,而第二學期的構造課則以營造程序、施工圖製作與細部設計為主,包括介紹一些新的構築系統,像預鑄工法、整體衛浴、輕型構造等。這學期構造課程也配合學校的服務學習親手作工,我們會離開校園到附近的社區進行空間改善計劃,動手完成所設計的角落空間。除此並加強文獻閱讀與隨堂作業;文獻閱讀已在課程大綱上標示,若有調整,會在每次上課前一週公佈,同學需在課前閱讀,上課時討論,作業原則上隔週交。

The contents of construction include construction materials, construction methods, construction methods, construction drawing production, etc., and there are often new research and development for each project, which is changing rapidly. Therefore, the first-stage structure courses are mainly construction materials and construction systems, while the second-stage structure courses are mainly construction procedures, construction drawing production and detailed design, including introducing some new structure systems, such as precasting methods, overall bathing, light structure, etc. This school-based structure course also cooperates with the school's service learning manual work. We will leave the campus to the nearby community to conduct space improvement plans and manually complete the designed corner space. In addition, we will strengthen the reading and the work of the classroom; the reading has been marked on the course list. If adjusted, it will be announced one week before each class. Students need to read before the class, discuss during the class, and the work principles should be submitted next week.
