因應地球氣候急遽變遷與環境資源匱乏現象，對於未來建築設計人才之養成，除了對於基本建築物理環境之音、光、溫熱、空氣……等物理因子調控，需具備基本之認識與瞭解外，亦應培養建築環境永續發展之設計觀。本課程以基礎建築物理為主，建築設計手法之氛圍為輔，藉由國內、外案例之比較分析，與對於周邊既存建築之觀察記錄，培養學生從生活環境中體驗對建築物理環境控制之認知與瞭解，具備生態、健康及永續設計之應用知識，依據其控制原理針對不同類型建築物提出最適化之規劃、設計，進而幫助學生在建築設計中能關注到使用者舒適、健康需求及永續發展特性，使其建築設計儘可能符合永續建築環境之要求。

In response to the rapid changes in the earth's climate and the scarcity of environmental resources, in order to cultivate future architectural design talents, in addition to having a basic knowledge and understanding of the control of physical factors such as sound, light, heat, and air in the basic physical physical environment of buildings, they should also cultivate a design concept for the sustainable development of the built environment. This course focuses on basic architectural physics, supplemented by the atmosphere of architectural design techniques.
