裝置藝術課程以『個人觀念性藝術創作』為核軸，創作媒材不拘，課程中融入當代現象觀察，當代美學思潮，空間思辨和藝術家的介入效應。課程包含兩階段：引導課程與創作課程。引導課程：裝置藝術的定義、演變歷史與現狀觀察。安排藝術家透過講座或工作坊，分享藝術創作發展的脈絡。配合規劃的創作課程：材料造型研究、空間思維探討、影像裝置創作、當代藝術現象的映照與斡旋、文本計畫書寫等，引導學生學習如何『感同身受』及闢出讓觀者『閱讀作品』的途徑，嘗試理解裝置藝術的內涵並在課程中具體實踐。

The installation art course takes "personal conceptual art creation" as its core axis, with no restrictions on creative media. The course incorporates observation of contemporary phenomena, contemporary aesthetic trends, spatial thinking and the intervention effect of artists. The course consists of two stages: guidance course and creative course. Introductory course: the definition, evolution history and current situation observation of installation art. Arrange for artists to share the development of artistic creation through lectures or workshops. In conjunction with the planned creative courses: research on material modeling, exploration of spatial thinking, video installation creation, reflection and mediation of contemporary art phenomena, text planning and writing, etc., students are guided to learn how to "empathize" and find ways for viewers to "read the works", trying to understand the connotation of installation art and practice it in the course.
