學生透過課程學習對於藝術行政進行初步的認識，並從實務學習與操作的過程，認識藝術機構的運作。藉由本課程中展場與專案的實習與認知和演練，學生得以對藝術行政與管理領域當中的工作內容有所了解，並訓練自己在機構與團隊組織當中的工作方法和態度。Students understand the preliminary understanding of art administration through curriculum, and understand the operation of art institutions from the process of practical learning and operation.
