學生透過課程學習對於藝術行政進行初步的認識,並從實務學習與操作的過程,認識藝術機構的運作。藉由本課程中展場與專案的實習與認知和演練,學生得以對藝術行政與管理領域當中的工作內容有所了解,並訓練自己在機構與團隊組織當中的工作方法和態度。Students understand the preliminary understanding of art administration through curriculum, and understand the operation of art institutions from the process of practical learning and operation. Through the internship and cognition and drills of the exhibition and project in this course, students can understand the work content in the field of art administration and management, and train themselves to work and attitudes their working methods and attitudes in institutions and team organizations.
