教育目標 Course Target

這是一門介紹及探討身心障礙者社會工作的基礎課程。本課程將從障礙歷史與文化、障礙的概念、理論及ICF新制,探討障礙概念在社會建構下的多層次意涵。本課程亦簡要介紹不同障別特性,並從障礙者教育、就業、福利、社區照顧等相關政策法規、社會工作者服務輸送等面向進行講述與討論。對於將從事身心障礙福利機構實習與未來有志從事身心障礙者服務的學生,是重要的入門引導。本課程除了課堂講授,也結合影片討論、體驗學習、學生專題討論與報告等,以銜接實務運作,強化學習效果。This is a basic course that introduces and explores the social work of people with physical and mental disabilities. This course will explore the multi-level implications of the concept of obstacles under social construction from the historical and culture of obstacles, theories and the new ICF system. This course also briefly introduces the characteristics of different obstacles, and discusses and discusses related policies and regulations such as education of the disabled, employment, welfare, community care, and social worker service delivery. It is an important entry-level guide for students who will practice and serve those with physical and mental disabilities in the future. In addition to class lectures, this course also combines video discussions, experience learning, student topic discussions and reports, etc., to connect with practical work and enhance learning effects.


課程概述 Course Description

這是一門介紹及探討身心障礙者社會工作的基礎課程。本課程將從障礙的歷史文化、障礙的概念、理論及ICF新制的探討,逐步引導學生思索「障礙」在社會建構下的多層次意涵。本課程亦簡要介紹不同障別的特質,進而從障礙者的醫療與健康照護、就業、福利、社區照顧、社會參與等實務面向,探討與講述現行相關政策規劃與服務輸送。除了課程講授,在教學策略上,本課程也結合影片、體驗學習、學生專題討論與報告等,以銜接實務運作,強化學習效果。
This is a basic course that introduces and explores the social work of people with physical and mental disabilities. This course will gradually guide students to think about the multi-level meaning of "obstruction" under the social construction from the historical culture of obstacles, concepts, theory and exploration of the new ICF system. This course also briefly introduces the characteristics of different disorders, and then explores and talks about the relevant policy planning and service delivery from the medical and health care, employment, welfare, community care, social participation and other practical aspects of the disabled. In addition to course teaching, in terms of teaching strategies, this course also combines videos, experience learning, student topic discussions and reports, etc., to connect with practical work and enhance learning effects.
