教育目標 Course Target

政府的社會行政工作,是在人民的託付之下,規劃與執行當前民眾需求的福利服務,也必須要有能力掌握未來社會發展趨勢而預為規劃、調整與因應時勢變革。福利決策影響廣泛,行政組織團隊的人,應有社會學、政治學、經濟學、社會福利與社會工作等基礎知識的整合能力與訓練,更要有邏輯分析與理性思辨能力來判斷福利決策或行政作為的正負面影響以及涉及的利益團體與利害關係。 從事社會福利行政,是在組織中與人合作進行決策與計畫,因此要有組織觀與系統觀,要有與人合作能力與人際互動彈性。從事社會行政,處理的不是個人的問題,而是集體的事務,因此必須要能多方蒐集資訊與實證資料,掌握民眾需求與環境條件,運用理性思維,清楚知道做這件事的價值、計畫方向與方法,更要有政治、社會、經濟的敏銳度,在適當時間做對的事情。 The government's social administrative work is the welfare services that plan and implement the current people's needs under the entrustment of the people. They must also be able to grasp the future social development trends and pre -planned, adjust and respond to the changes in the current situation. Welfare decisions have a wide range of influences. People of administrative organization teams should have the integration and training of basic knowledge such as sociology, political science, economics, social welfare and social work. The positive and negative influence of administrative actions and the relationship between interest groups involved. Entering social welfare administration is to cooperate with people to make decisions and plans in the organization. Therefore, there must be an organized view and system view, and the ability to cooperate with people and interpersonal interaction. Entering social administration, it is not a personal problem, but a collective affairs. Therefore, we must collect information and empirical information, master the needs of the people and environmental conditions, and use rational thinking to clearly know the value and plan of doing this. The direction and method must have the acuity of politics, society, and economy to do the right thing at the right time.
