社會工作實踐有賴高效能的服務計畫與策略，以達成服務提供者與接受者間良好的雙向溝通，並在有限的資源條件下，完成一套有系統的行動，其目的在於緩解服務對象所遭逢的各種生活難題。本課程目的是期待透過社會工作服務方案設計規劃與實際演練過程之討論，促使參與學生熟悉服務方案設計的價值、邏輯與方法。同時，熟稔方案設計模式、評估工具、策略擬定、行動過程的衝擊等反省，追求符合社群利益的服務模式。Social work practice depends on high -efficiency service plans and strategies to achieve good two -way communication between service providers and recipients. The course not only demystifies the grant-writing process by providing a guide but exposes students to a variety of potential sources and approaches for program or project implementation.
