社會工作實踐有賴高效能的服務計畫與策略，以達成服務提供者與接受者間良好的雙向溝通，並在有限的資源條件下，完成一套有系統的行動，其目的在於緩解服務對象所遭逢的各種生活難題。本課程目的是期待透過社會工作服務方案設計規劃與實際演練過程之討論，促使參與學生熟悉服務方案設計的價值、邏輯與方法。同時，熟稔方案設計模式、評估工具、策略擬定、行動過程的衝擊等反省，追求符合社群利益的服務模式。Social work implements high-performance service plans and strategies to achieve good dual-way communication between service providers and recipients, and to complete a systematic action under limited resource conditions. The purpose is to solve various life problems encountered by service recipients. The purpose of this course is to hope to promote students to familiarize themselves with the value, logic and methods of service plan design through discussions on social work service plan design planning and actual practice. At the same time, we are familiar with the reflection of the plan design model, evaluation tools, strategy determination, and action process impact, and pursue service models that are in line with the interests of the community.
This course is designed to prepare undergraduate students to develop the knowledge, skills and strategies required for grantsmanship in relation to project planning, proposal writing, service effect evaluation and fund application at the practice operational level. The course not only demystifies the grant-writing process by providing a guide but exposes students to a variety of potential sources and approaches for program or project implementation.
