社會團體工作是社會工作直接服務的三大方法之一 ,社會工作者以團體工作來協助個人發展與解決問題,同時透過團體工作來改變社區與社會結構的影響力。本課程為一學年之課程,主要目的在於讓學生瞭解團體工作基本概念與相關理論,團體歷程發展以及團體動力運作。並能夠過實際演練學習團體帶領與操作之技能,將課堂所學之知識與技能運用在實務場域。
上學期的課程主要聚焦在團體工作基本概念的認識,團體動力與團體歷程的介紹,並輔以課堂演練。帶領學生透過小組實作學習撰寫團體工作計畫。下學期之課程則著重在團體領導知能知建構,並且透過實際操作演練,培養同學團體帶領技巧與團體動力觀察之能力。
Social group work is one of the three major methods of direct social work. Social workers use group work to help individuals develop and solve problems, and at the same time, through group work, they change the influence of community and social structure. This course is a year of course, and its main purpose is to enable students to understand the basic concepts and related theories of group work, group process development and group dynamic operation. He can also learn the skills of team leadership and operation through practical practice, and use the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom in the practical field.
The courses in the last year focus on the understanding of the basic concepts of group work, the introduction of group motivation and group experience, and the class performance is carried out. Lead students through the group to learn and write group work plans.
