透過課程的各個單元，對社會個案工作有概括性的了解。本學期課程主要目標在於培養學生進行個案工作時的敏感度與會談技巧，透過示範與演練，學習個案工作每一階段的主要會談技巧，本學期的課程設計包括有個案工作每一流程所需要的會談技巧、社會工作者與案主間的專業關係探討、社會工作者與督導的合作、個案紀錄撰寫、社會工作者的自我探索等等。Through various units of the course, we have a general understanding of social case work. The main purpose of this course is to cultivate students' sensitivity and conference skills when conducting case work. Through demonstration and practice, we learn the main conference skills of each stage of case work. The course design of this course includes conference skills required for each process of case work, professional relationship exploration between social workers and the main body, cooperation between social workers and supervisors, case recording writing, self-exploration of social workers, etc.
