Policy Planning and Evaluation
教育目標 Course Target
政策規劃的主要目的，就是透過使用各式政策評估與分析「技術」，將政策理念、目標、期望與執行做法，成功的轉變成為具體可行的實際行為。而評估的目的，則是檢驗政策目標與實質效果的差異，，以有效提供未來政策維繫、修正、或終結的參考。本課程之目的，在於以研討的方式，將規劃與評估的理論觀點、與技術的應用，以師生對話的方式，給予基礎的介紹。
The main purpose of the policy planning is to successfully transform policy concepts, goals, expectations and implementation practices into specific and feasible actual behavior through the use of various policy evaluation and analysis "technology". The purpose of evaluation is to examine the difference between policy objectives and actual results, so as to effectively provide future policy development, correction, or final reference. The purpose of this course is to provide a basic introduction to the theoretical perspectives, technical applications of planning and evaluation through research and discussion.
