通往地獄之路往往是善意鋪成的!為何好心卻反而幫倒忙?為何善意的政策，最後卻造成更大的破壞或是令人意想不到的副作用。答案是缺乏系統思考(Thinking in Systems)，當然無法解決系統性的問題。在彼得聖吉(Peter Senge)的第五項修練一書中，系統思考正是第五項修練的核心修練。本課程希望帶領學生學習突破直線思考的慣性，進入系統思考的世界，認識系統的結構和行為，了解系統思考的八大模型(系統基模)，掌握解決問題的關鍵，建立見樹又見林的系統思考視野．The road to the land is often achieved by kindness! The answer is the lack of system thinking (Thinking in Systems), and of course it is impossible to solve the problem of systemicity.
