同學們在修習本門課以後,可以了解到我國中央與地方的財政關係,也就是「府際間的財政關係」之主題。另外,關於中央政府所採用的解決水平財政不均、垂直財政不均的中央統籌分配稅款與補助款之機制,同學們在修習完本門課以後,也會有更加深入的了解與認識。另外,關於地方政府的預算審議與財政管理的新技術,本堂課也嘗試著引進介紹國外較新的實際案例,來作為本門課的教材。同學並且被要求進行分組活動,每一組選定一個我國的地方政府,來針對該轄區政府的財政狀況進行評鑑與考核,以了解我國地方政府的財政是否處於需要改革的境界。After taking this course, students can learn about the financial relations between the central government and the local government, which is the theme of "the financial relations between the government". 上課教材以老師所提供的投影片為主。每次上課之前,均會在前一天放置於數立教學平台上,同學們可以自由下載並進行列印作為當週的上課教材。
