透過課堂講述與田野調查，結合理論與實務結合，讓學生了解多黨競爭的憲政民主制度，對於利益團體遊說立法機關的規範以及立法機關對價值分配的運作方式。透過角色扮演與情境模擬，讓學生分組，運用所學知識，組織人民爭取權益，代表利益團體在立法機關的公聽會發言，提出說帖和主張，接受質疑並回應後，由全體師生共同評分。

Through classroom lectures and fieldwork, combining theory and practice, students can learn about the constitutional democratic system of multi-party competition, the norms for interest groups lobbying the legislative body, and the operation of the legislative body to distribute value. Through role-playing and situational simulation, students are divided into groups, use the knowledge they have learned, organize people to fight for their rights, speak on behalf of interest groups at public hearings of the legislative body, put forward arguments and suggestions, accept questions and respond, and are jointly scored by all teachers and students.
