透過課堂講述與田野調查,結合理論與實務結合,讓學生了解多黨競爭的憲政民主制度,對於利益團體遊說立法機關的規範以及立法機關對價值分配的運作方式。透過角色扮演與情境模擬,讓學生分組,運用所學知識,組織人民爭取權益,代表利益團體在立法機關的公聽會發言,提出說帖和主張,接受質疑並回應後,由全體師生共同評分。Through lectures and field surveys, reasonable discussions and practices are combined, students can understand the political and democratic system of multi-party competition, and the rules of legislative agencies and the operation of legislative agencies on the distribution of value in interest groups. Through role-playing and situational simulation, students are allowed to group, use the knowledge learned to organize the people to gain rights, and represent the interest groups to speak at the public hearing of the legislative body, make a statement and suggestion, accept the doubts and respond, and all the teachers and students will rate them together.
