1. Cultivate students’ ability to explain political phenomena with numbers.
2. Be able to explain various trends and contexts in measurement data in clear terms.
3. Integrate this course into future career planning.
4. Have research and design capabilities and encourage more students to apply for the Ministry of Science and Technology program for college students.
