第二學期的國際組織，延續上學期的重點，強調行為者在國際上“合作化”。 重點是政府間組織。 除了國際組織的歷史淵源，表面功能，這學期分析影響它們運作的國際和國內政治力量以及它們的有效性。
目標在於提供學生具備分析關習國際組織在國際合作上的機會與困境的能力。
課程內涵則是重新思考理論的工具性，並在實務了解台灣在國際組織中的角色。

The international organization in the second period will continue the focus of the first period and emphasize that actors will "cooperate" internationally. The focus is on government organizations. In addition to the historical source and superficial function of international organizations, this period analysis affects the international and domestic political forces they operate and their effectiveness.
The goal is to provide students with the ability to analyze opportunities and difficulties related to international organizations in international cooperation.
The connotation of the course is to rethink the instrumentality of theory and to actually understand Taiwan’s role in international organizations.
