本課程主要內容為將經濟分析方式應用於勞動市場的相關議題以及討論人力資源如何有效分配。課程中首先介紹傳統勞動經濟學中的關於勞動供給及需求的基本模型，討論勞動工資如何決定，此外也將討論個人對教育的選擇以及對整個經濟體系的影響。課程中將透過觀察與人力資本相關的實際資料，進一步瞭解勞動經濟學中相關理論及其政策意涵。據此，此課程的先修要求為經濟學（尤其是個體經濟學）以及統計學。The main content of this course is to apply economic analysis methods to related issues in the labor market and how to effectively allocate human resources. First introduce the basic models of labor supply and demand in traditional labor economics, and discuss how labor wages are determined. In addition, it will also discuss the choice of personal education and the impact of the entire economic system. During the course, through the actual information related to human capital, it will further understand the relevant theory and its policy meaning in labor economics. Based on this, the first priority of this course requires economics (especially individual economics) and statistics.

The main content of this course is to apply economic analysis methods to related issues in the labor market and how to effectively allocate human resources.
