本課程屬個體經濟學的應用，目的在使受過經濟學訓練的學生有更廣的視野及思維，更能運用經濟分析工具。使學生能利用經濟學的分析工具，來分析一些法律學上的問題，諸如財產權，契約，侵權行為及犯罪行為等。主要內容：法律經濟學導論、財產權概念、賠償法則與財產法則、財產取得與財產移轉、智慧財產權、契約法的經濟理論、違約救濟與誘因效果、立約抗辯及履約抗辯、意外侵權、產品責任、訴訟與和解、犯罪與懲罰等。This course is the application of individual economics.
