教育目標 Course Target
本課程目標為讓修課同學瞭解政府財務收支運作情形與其法令規範，並籍由新聞實事之討論啟
發同學研讀興趣，俾對會計審計法規有深入之瞭解與活用。修習本課程除了可以準備未來之就
業考試，亦可作為其他就業（如擔任民意代表之助理）或個人理財之參考，甚至可幫助同學
對於政府財務新聞能有正確之評論與認知。
本課程主要以預算法、會計法、決算法及審計法為主，並視需要補充公共債務法、政府採購法等。
The goal of this course is to enable students to understand the government's financial revenue and expenditure operations and its legal regulations, and to start from discussions of news and actual events.
To arouse students' interest in reading so that they can have an in-depth understanding and application of accounting and auditing regulations. Taking this course can not only prepare you for your future career
It can also be used as a reference for other employment (such as serving as an assistant to a public opinion representative) or personal finance, and can even help classmates
Be able to have correct comments and understanding of government financial news.
This course mainly focuses on budget law, accounting law, accounting law and audit law, and supplements public debt law, government procurement law, etc. as needed.
