教育目標 Course Target

本課程在研討績效管理之主要課題及實務應用，透過理論架構及企業案例的導入，探討績效在<企業+部門+員工>之範疇定義與等管理制度的規劃實施及評估控制，以提供管理者建置與應用績效管理之有效學習。

This course discusses the main topics and practical applications of performance management. Through theoretical structure and the introduction of enterprise cases, it explores the planning implementation and evaluation control of performance in the scope definition of and the planning implementation and evaluation control of management systems such as to provide effective learning of manager establishment and application performance management.
