處在瞬息萬變知識經濟時代下,科技創新管理已經成為企業持續性競爭優勢與成長的原動力,然而,如何成功且不斷地推動技術與產品創新至市場與商業模式的設計成為企業經理人的一大挑戰。
因此本課程強調如何讓企業經理人有效率管理創新,並從科技創新管理當代觀點與企業管理實務的角度,介紹相關理論與實際個案討論

In the era of rapidly changing knowledge economy, technological innovation management has become the driving force for sustainable competitive advantage and growth of enterprises. However, how to successfully and continuously promote technological and product innovation to the design of the market and business models has become a major challenge for enterprise managers.
Therefore, this course emphasizes how to enable business managers to manage innovation efficiently, and introduces relevant theories and practical case discussions from the perspective of contemporary scientific and technological innovation management and business management practices.

課程概述 Course Description

在知識經濟的年代,企業已「創新」與「高值化」作為驅動成長的動力,「不創新,即滅亡」已成為流行口號,如何有系統的推動企業創新系統的資源投入、配置、互動與運作績效,為企業經理人的重責大任,鑑於研發、創新與技術變動理論已趨向動態性與系統性,因此本課程內容將介紹各種創新管理的理論,內容重點將聚焦於創新策略如何形成、執行與評估。

In the era of knowledge economy, enterprises have adopted "innovation" and "high value" as the driving force for growth. "If you don't innovate, you will perish" has become a popular slogan. How to systematically promote the resource investment, allocation, interaction and operational performance of the enterprise innovation system? It is the important responsibility of enterprise managers. In view that the theories of R&D, innovation and technological change have become dynamic and systematic, the content of this course will introduce various innovation management theories, and the content will focus on how to form, implement and evaluate innovation strategies.
