金融科技的發展之影響層面，在網路雲端技術、行動支付，以及物聯網等新興科技的興起，除了挑戰既有的金融服務模式，更對建構在網路平台上的電子商務之服務造成影響。故本課程綜合使用「課程講授」和「個案討論」教學方法，讓學生瞭解金融科技在科技面的最新發展與相關議題，並且培養學生分析金融科技對既有或是新進的電子商務企業營造的機會與挑戰，以及培養學生因應金融環境變遷，規劃電子商務發展的創新策略管理能力。
The impact of the development of financial technology, the rise of new technologies such as online cloud technology, mobile payment, and Internet of Things, not only challenges the existing financial service model, but also affects the e-commerce services built on the Internet platform. Therefore, this course uses the "course teaching" and "case discussion" teaching methods in a comprehensive manner to allow students to understand the latest developments and related issues of fintech in technology, and cultivate students to analyze the opportunities and challenges of fintech for existing or new e-commerce companies, as well as to cultivate students' innovative strategy management capabilities in e-commerce development due to changes in the financial environment.
