教育目標 Course Target
服務已不再侷限於服務業所專屬,各產業與組織皆以服務做為開發與留住顧客的核心利器。除了產品的提供外,引入適當的服務亦是創業必須考量到的成功關鍵因素。本課程亦輔以服務實地觀察,讓學生親自至服務現場檢視,從中找出可改善之服務流程與作法,培養問題突破之解析能力。
最後,本課程要求學生應從問題點為發端,規劃與設計對應的解決方案,並導入創業思維,整併生產、行銷與人資等企業功能,提供可行之創業計畫,以為實作能力之切步操作與測試。
Service is no longer limited to the service industry. All industries and organizations use service as a core tool to develop and retain customers. In addition to the provision of products, the introduction of appropriate services is also a key success factor that must be considered in starting a business. This course is also supplemented by on-site service observation, allowing students to personally inspect the service site to identify service processes and practices that can be improved, and to develop analytical skills for problem breakthroughs.
Finally, this course requires students to start from the problem point, plan and design corresponding solutions, introduce entrepreneurial thinking, integrate production, marketing, human resources and other corporate functions, and provide feasible entrepreneurial plans as a step-by-step operation and test of implementation capabilities.
