管理學是管理學院的基礎課程之一，透過對管理流程之了解，將有助於未來修習與提升進階管理相關課程之知識與能力。本課程目的在協助大學部學生了解管理領域的基礎理論，並培養學生應用理論解釋實務現象之能力，以落實所學習之理論於未來工作之中。同時，藉由多元化學習方式將管理學內容導入日常生活，以強化管理學之學習與認同。

Management is one of the basic courses of the School of Management. Through understanding the management process, it will help to learn and improve the knowledge and ability of courses related to advanced management in the future. The purpose of this course is to help university students understand the basic theories in the management field, and to cultivate students' ability to apply theory to explain practical phenomena, so as to implement the learned theory in future work. At the same time, through diversified learning methods, management content is introduced into daily life to strengthen the learning and recognition of management.

本課程是針對未來有意從事管理工作的專業人才所開設的一門基礎管理學科，課程內容以理論與實務並重，使得學生除了對於企業組織的運作產生瞭解之外，也藉由課後資料的蒐集與報告的製作，訓練學生未來參與管理工作時所需的團隊合作精神與組織資訊的邏輯能力。

This course is a basic management subject developed by professional talents who are interested in managing their future. The content of the course is theoretical and practical, so that students not only understand the operation of corporate organizations, but also train the team spirit and organizational information editing ability required by students to participate in management in the future through the collection of post-class data and the production of reports.
