教育目標 Course Target

系統思維是一種整體性、動態性的思維模式,它考慮系統單元之間的關聯、互動與回饋機制,系統思考可以協助我們發現問題的根本,看見問題的更多可能性,讓我們在面對複雜系統時看穿問題的表象,避免在決策過程中受困於自己的領域範圍(Territoriality)。為了使學生了解如何將經濟、行政、法律與管理等不同學科知識融入環境規劃與管理的架構之中,本課程以系統理論為核心,介紹系統性的管理思維、系統性的評估、規劃、管理、控制與績效評估方法,使讀者在面對動態而複雜的環境管理問題,可以清楚的了解環境問題的核心、解決問題的程序與步驟以及如何選擇適合的決策管理工具。System thinking is a holistic and dynamic thinking model. It considers the connection, interaction and responsive mechanism between system units. System thinking can help us discover the root of the problem and see more possibilities of the problem, allowing us to see through the appearance of the problem when facing complex systems, and avoid being trapped in our own domain (Territoriality) during the decision process. In order to enable students to understand how to integrate different academic knowledge such as economy, administration, law and management into the framework of environmental planning and management, this course takes system theory as the core and introduces systematic management thinking, system evaluation, planning, management, control and performance evaluation methods, so that readers can clearly understand the core of environmental problems, the procedures and steps for solving problems, and how to choose suitable decision management tools when facing dynamic and complex environmental management problems.


課程概述 Course Description

系統理論認為真實世界是由物件(Object)、事件(Event)與關連(Relation)所組成,透過系統理論的協助可以有效的解構複雜環境問題的時間與空間架構以及互動關係,因此藉由系統思維與數學工具的協助,各種複雜的環境決策與環境管理問題將可被有效解決。本課程介紹環境系統工程的各項決策工具,並以書報閱讀、分組討論與專題實習的方式,使同學了解這些系統決策工具的應用方式,以及如何系統性的解決環境工程與管理問題。
System theory believes that the real world is composed of objects, events and relationships. Through the assistance of system theory, the time and space structure and interaction relationships of complex environmental problems can be effectively solved. Therefore, with the assistance of system thinking and mathematical tools, various complex environmental decision-making and environmental management problems will be effectively solved. This course introduces various decision tools in environmental system engineering, and uses book reading, group discussion and topical practice to enable students to understand how these system decision tools are applied and how to systematically solve environmental engineering and management problems.
