教育目標 Course Target

1.使用石墨式AA測定飲用水中總汞的濃度(檢量線法) 2.使用石墨式AA測定飲用水中總汞的濃度(標準添加法) 3.使用GC(FID)分離有機碳氫化合物 4.使用HPLC(螢光法)測定飲用水中甲醛的濃度1.使用石墨式AA測定飲用水中總汞的濃度(檢量線法) 1. Use graphite AA to determine the concentration of the total mercury in drinking water (test line method) 2. Use graphite AA to determine the concentration of total mercury in drinking water (standard adding method) 3. Use GC (FID) to separate organic hydrocarbons 4. Use HPLC (fluorescent method) to determine the concentration of formaldehyde in drinking water 1. Use graphite AA to determine the concentration of total mercury in drinking water (test line method)


課程概述 Course Description

藉著實驗,配合課本上的原理,使學生能瞭解原理進而可應用於環境污染物之分析。
Through experiments and the principle of textbooks, students can understand the principle and can be applied to the analysis of environmental pollutants.
