本課程以劉仁傑老師過去15年在日本、台灣、大陸和亞洲各國的理論性和實務性研究成果為基礎,內容包括精編講義12章,並將配合10卷錄影帶,教授豐田式生產體系(TPS)為主軸的企業改造活動或精實系統變革。學生除授課內容外另需研讀任一豐田生產相關著作,以深化學習效果。同時與企業配合進行八個工作天之實作,規劃於期中期末提出企業研習成果報告。

《理論與實作》工廠教室 新型產學合作 東海工工系規畫TPS課程,讓企業用製造現場與大學教室聯手培育專業人才。

東海大學工工系在每年下學期3至6月時,會為大三、大四同學開授 TPS(豐田生產體系)課程,學生須同時分組到合作企業,與幹部一起解決一個主題,報告占學業成績的40%。
此舉引起中衛發展中心總經理蘇錦夥的興趣,很多打聽這個課程具體做法的業者,也很難相信大學部同學1週來1次他們的廠區,3個月就能端出像樣的牛肉。
去年一組同學協助台中精機進行刀架流程改善,就成功連結了組裝與加工。今年台中精機副總經理邱仕華有感於上游刀架零件廠變革的重要,又主動邀請一組同學到刀架零件加工協力廠鉅茂進行改善。
鉅茂公司只有6個人,賴老闆因為ECFA辯論被馬總統當個案,被認為是台灣中小加工廠代表。鉅茂小組的同學在此體會到,台灣企業擁有全球知名的產品技術,流程變革卻有漫長的路要走,因此積極設法將流程連貫。
今年到準力機械的學生,則是目睹接受急單的凌亂現場。準力機械用平面模床的技術開發出4軸鑽孔機,取代全球公認最好的發那科( Fanuc)產品,因而獲得鴻海科技大量訂單。此舉讓學生了解到改變 C咖製造流程,能夠讓台灣企業兼具速度與彈性。
又如到雷虎科技實作的3位同學,由於帶去的觀念迥異於公司現場的生產方式,經過2週震撼教育後,製造部經理黃圳樟提出要求:每週到廠的第一件事,先分享上課內容。相互激盪也交出了漂亮成績單。
細數TPS開課18年以來,每年都有新故事。不愛唸書的學生,因為修習TPS,找到興趣,開始活力充沛。5年畢業早已不新鮮,10年後的現在,成為一家中小企業的骨幹,2億營業額的製造管理由他負責。
我則是在年過50後,愈能體認退而不休的慧國工業顧問大野義男的一段話。長期教導台灣企業與學校TPS的大野說,最喜歡教導年輕學生,因為潛力無窮。
TPS的實踐,豐富了企業從業人員的物質文明與精神文明。摸索兼顧生產價值與人性管理,不僅是製造管理努力目標,也是企業經營者向上提升的努力目標。

The Department of Engineering of Donghai University will award the TPS (Toyota Production System) course for junior year and senior students at the next semester of the next semester. There are only 6 people in Juomao. Boss Lai was regarded by President Malaysia because of ECFA debate and was considered a representative of the small and medium -sized processing plant in Taiwan. Students of the Ju Mao Group experienced that Taiwanese companies have global well -known product technology, but the process change has a long way to go, so they actively try to consolidate the process.
This year, students who arrived at the quasi -mechanical machinery were witnessed the messy scene of accepting urgent orders. The technology of quasi -mechanical mechanical plane beds has developed a 4 -axis drilling machine to replace the world's recognized best FANUC products, so it has obtained a large number of Hon Hai technology orders. This allows students to understand that changing the C -coffee manufacturing process can allow Taiwanese companies to have both speed and elasticity.
Another example is the three students who practiced Leihu Technology. Because the concept brought away is very different from the production method of the company's site, after two weeks of shocking education, the manufacturing manager Huangzhen Zhang made a request: the first one from the weekly factory Things, first share the class content. The stimulation of each other also handed over a beautiful transcript.
In the 18 years of TPS, there have been new stories every year. Students who do not like to study, because they practice TPS, find interest, and start to be energetic. After 5 years of graduation, he has not been new. Now 10 years later, he has become the backbone of a small and medium -sized enterprise. The manufacturing management of 200 million turnover is responsible for him.
I was a paragraph of Okno Yoshino, who was more capable of retreating and endlessly retired after 50 years of over 50 years. Da Ye, who has long taught Taiwanese enterprises and school TPS, said that he likes to teach young students the most because of endless potential.
The practice of TPS enriches the material civilization and spiritual civilization of enterprise practitioners. Taking into account the value of production value and human nature is not only the goal of manufacturing management efforts, but also the goal of improving the efforts of corporate operators.
The Donghai Engineering Department designed TPS courses to allow enterprises to use the manufacturing site and university classrooms to jointly cultivate professional talents.
