本課程透過在各主要器官系統出現的常見疾病，介紹目前主治的藥物，讓同學達到以下目標：
1. 瞭解藥物進入人體的途徑和在體内的路程
2. 認知人體可能發生的異常狀況
3. 認識身體異常情況下可用的藥物種類
4. 列出各藥種當中的典型藥物例子(prototypical examples)並解説其機理
5. 瞭解藥物可引發的不良反應和相互間的影響

授課内容主要按器官系統、藥物功用分類，如下：
1. 藥理學主要原則和術語
2. 影響自主神經系統和肌肉神經的藥物
3. 影響呼吸系統的藥物
4. 影響消化系統的藥物
5. 影響泌尿系統的藥物
6. 影響心血管（循環）系統的藥物
7. 影響中樞神經系統的藥物
8. 局部麻醉及消炎藥

10.抗感染藥物

This course introduces the current main drugs through common diseases that occur in each major organ system, so that students can achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the way drugs enter the human body and their journey within the body
2. Understand possible abnormalities that may occur in the human body
3. Understand the types of drugs available in cases of physical abnormalities
4. List prototypical examples among various types of drugs and explain their mechanisms.
5. Understand the adverse reactions that drugs can cause and their interactions

The teaching content is mainly classified according to organ systems and drug functions, as follows:
1. Main principles and terminology of pharmacology
2. Drugs that affect the autonomic nervous system and muscle nerves
3. Drugs that affect the respiratory system
4. Drugs that affect the digestive system
5. Drugs that affect the urinary system
6. Drugs that affect the cardiovascular (circulatory) system
7. Drugs that affect the central nervous system
8. Local anesthesia and anti-inflammatory drugs
8. 9. Drugs affecting the secretory and reproductive systems
10. Anti-infective drugs

藥理學是研究藥物進入人體後透過何種機理治病或控制病情。
本基礎藥理學課程，針對人體各主要器官系統和常見疾病，介紹主要及常用的藥物，並解構藥物在細胞外内產生的有效反應。
因藥理學和生理學息息相關，本課程也會灌輸人體生理學的要點，以利學習藥物功效對人體各部位功能的影響。

Pharmacology is the study of the mechanism by which drugs treat or control diseases after entering the human body.
This basic pharmacology course introduces the main and commonly used drugs for each major organ system and common diseases of the human body, and deconstructs the effective reactions produced by drugs outside and inside cells.
Since pharmacology and physiology are closely related, this course will also instill the key points of human physiology to facilitate learning about the effects of drug effects on the functions of various parts of the human body.
