本課程利用簡單圖像介紹光學設計的基礎知識和像差理論,並緊密結合當前各應用領域的最新的一些光學系統,學生修習課程後能快速的跨入光學系統的開發工作。課程內容基本上可以分為4個部分。第1部分是光學系統的像質評價,這是設計一個光學系統所必備的基礎知識。第2部分是光學自動設計的原理與程序與經典光學例子介紹。第3部分是介紹鏡片製程與設計上的材料選用,了解鏡片加工與量測,以及製造上可能發生的問題。第4部分是光學系統的公差分析與計算,介紹如何進行公差分析以及對應的意涵。This course uses a simple image to introduce the basic knowledge and portrait theory of optical design, and closely combines some of the latest optical systems in the current application fields. Students can quickly enter the development of optical systems after training the course. The course content can be divided into 4 parts. The first part is the image evaluation of the optical system, which is the basic knowledge necessary for designing a optical system. Part 2 is the introduction of the principles and procedures and classic optical examples of optical automatic design. The third part is to introduce the selection of lens process and design materials, understand the processing and measurement of the lens, and the possible problems in manufacturing. Part 4 is the tolerance analysis and calculation of the optical system. Introduce how to perform tolerance analysis and corresponding meaning.
