透過麥克魯漢《認識媒體》，初步認識媒體的特質，作為中介的媒體如何成為人之延伸以及當代媒體科技於哲學引發之課題，並分為理論和實際應用（觀察、分析）兩大部分。
理論部分：媒體即訊息，冷媒體與熱媒體，人之延伸，混種媒體。
應用部分：言語與文字，數字和錢，衣著和房舍，新聞，廣告，照片，電影，電視，資訊戰等。Through the "Awareness of the Media", we have a preliminary understanding of the characteristics of the media, how media as an intermediary becomes an extension of people and the topics raised by contemporary media technology in philosophy, and are divided into two parts: theory and actual application (viewing and analysis).
Theoretical part: media is information, refrigerant and hot media, human extension, mixed media.
Application section: Words and texts, numbers and money, clothing and houses, news, advertising, photos, movies, TVs, information wars, etc.
