本課程為歷史系大學部選修課。宗族可說是華人家族的一大特色，宗族的基礎來自家族，傳統中國的家族概念亦有其獨特之處。本課程的目的在於帶領修習者探討傳統中國的家族與社會的發展，藉由講授家族的基礎概念、家族延續、女性與家族、宗族組織等課題，與第一手史料的閱讀與討論，增進修習者的對於該課題的認識與理解。實作的部分包括家族史的建構與寫作，以及家族史的實地調查，透過實作的方式，連結傳統家族與現代家族，觀察現代家族的發展現況。This course is selected for the university department of the History Department. Clans can be said to be a major feature of Chinese families. The clan is based on the family, and traditional Chinese family concepts also have their own unique features. The purpose of this course is to lead trainees to explore the development of family and society in traditional China. By teaching the basic concepts of the family, family extension, women and families, clan organization and other subjects, reading and discussions with first-hand historical materials, to improve students' understanding and understanding of the subject. The part of the work includes the construction and writing of family history, as well as the local investigation of family history. Through the practice, traditional and modern families are linked to the development of modern families and observe the present.
