本課程旨在引導學生了解應用文書的使用與寫作。希望透過課堂的講解和日常生活中相關訊息,讓學生充分了解應用文的特性,並學習寫作各體應用文書的格式與技巧。由此,期盼學生能奠定紮實的相關知識與能力,以便在職場、處事、應試等情況下,能做出得體的應對與恰如其分的表達。講述應用文之定義、特性、範疇、功用及寫作原則,再依次分述書信、題辭、柬帖、便條與名片、公文與會議文書之意義、用途、分類,或用語、構造、作法,舉例說明之後並要求學生習作。
一、 講解─以單元為架構,講授其定義、用途、格式、結構,以及寫作的原則與方法。
二、 練習─在各單元結束,要求學生運用所學,寫作相關應用文體一篇,以加強學生對此單元的熟悉度。This course aims to guide students into the use and writing of application books. We hope that through class explanations and related information in daily life, students can fully understand the characteristics of the application text, and learn the format and skills of writing application texts in various applications. Therefore, we hope that students can establish practical relevant knowledge and abilities so that they can make solid responses and appropriate expressions under the conditions of work, affairs, and trials.
