蘇軾與黃庭堅，是宋代最具代表性的詩人。蘇軾天才橫放，以其充沛的創作力享譽當代，其詩更是深刻地記錄了蘇軾生命榮辱變遷的心靈軌跡。透過蘇軾詩的閱讀，可以清楚地認識蘇軾如何以嘻笑怒罵對應政治現實、如何在詩意棲居中尋求高度的精神自由，並在複雜而曲折的一生中意志不折，藉由文學的奔馳想像而深刻、富足。黃庭堅終其一生對蘇軾敬愛、嚮慕，他是蘇軾文學的絕佳理解者，卻在疏遠世俗的人生取向上走得更遠。蘇軾稱黃庭堅「超逸絕塵」，經由黃庭堅詩的研讀，得以對黃庭堅過人的道德意識、老成而重鍛鍊的書寫理念及其詩歌的深折人心有所認識，掌握其何以得到後學敬仰，對宋詩的發展形成了深遠的影響。課程中，以教師講授為主，而以文獻閱讀、討論為輔，期在互動的方式之中，真正引領學生理解蘇、黃的心靈世界及詩歌藝術。

Su Shi and Huang Tingjian are the most representative poets of the Song Dynasty. Su Shi's genius was widespread and he was famous in the contemporary era for his abundant creative power. His poems profoundly recorded the spiritual trajectory of Su Shi's life's changes in honor and disgrace. Through the reading of Su Shi's poems, we can clearly understand how Su Shi responded to political reality with laughter and curses, how he sought a high degree of spiritual freedom in his poetic dwelling, and how he persevered in his complex and tortuous life, becoming profound and rich through his literary imagination. Huang Tingjian respected and admired Su Shi throughout his life. He was an excellent understander of Su Shi's literature, but he went even further in his life orientation of alienating the secular world. Su Shi called Huang Tingjian "unparalleled". Through the study of Huang Tingjian's poems, he was able to understand Huang Tingjian's extraordinary moral consciousness, sophisticated and tempered writing concepts, and the profound appeal of his poems. He also understood why he was admired by later scholars, which had a profound impact on the development of Song poetry. In the course, teachers give the main lectures, supplemented by literature reading and discussion, in an interactive way, to truly lead students to understand the spiritual world and poetry art of Su and Huang.
