Case Study on Criminal Law
教育目標 Course Target
長久以來，台灣的法學教育必修科目中，多僅偏重理論之講授，即所謂之大堂課(Vorlesung)，而欠缺案例講授(Fallbesprechung)及實例演習(Übung)之課程。上述課程在德國均列為必修課程，且將通過實例演習(Übungsklausure)視為重要的畢業門檻。 實例演習課程相對於台灣較不重視，本課程希望藉由案例式教學，使同學具備解題能力。
For a long time, Taiwan's law education compulsory subjects have focused only on teaching theory, namely the so-called lobby courses, but lack the courses of case teaching (Fallbesprechung) and example performance (Übung). The above courses are listed as compulsory courses in Germany and will be regarded as important graduation points through examples. The sample performance course is less important than Taiwan. This course hopes to use case-based teaching to enable students to have the ability to solve problems.
課程概述 Course Description
1、 選擇具有爭議性或經典的刑事判決書加以研究。
2、 練習從刑事判決書中找出關鍵性的事實脈絡。
1. Select a controversial or classical criminal judgment book for study.
2. Practice to find the key facts from criminal judgment books.
