醫療法規涵蓋的範疇極廣，包括醫療行為的界定，醫護人員的義務與權利，醫療制度的規範，醫護人員的行政責任，民事責任，刑事責任，藥害與救濟準則，人體試驗與醫學倫理的探討，優生保健等等議題。
希望能夠經由實際的案例，法院的判例，或是臨床上的個案的介紹，經由深入淺出的解析，從而能將法規條文帶入，讓同學們較容易法條所真正所要表達的意含。

The scope of medical regulations covers extremely broadly, including the definition of medical behavior, the obligations and rights of medical personnel, the regulations of medical systems, the administrative responsibility of medical personnel, civil liability, criminal liability, drug abuse and economic relief standards, human trial and medical ethics discussion, health care and other issues.
I hope that through actual cases, court cases, or clinical cases, we can bring in legal provisions from in-depth and pure analysis, it will make it easier for students to express what the legal provisions really want to express.
