教育目標 Course Target

提供一個身心健康的環境與觀念讓同學能夠從學習學術科兼備的能力。健康體適能將從心肺適能、肌肉適能、柔軟度及身體組成等全方位的訓練全面促進同學的身體適能。Provides a healthy environment and conception for students to learn from the academic subject. Healthy fitness will comprehensively promote the physical fitness of classmates from cardiopulmonary fitness, muscle fitness, softness and body composition.
