4.實務與程序法之介紹,配合實體法規定與家事事件法中有關調解程序,家事訴訟,與婚姻非訟,親子非訟,收養,未成年人監護,親屬間扶養,監護宣告,輔助宣告,親屬會議等事件.1.東西文明之發展,親屬與婚姻及父母子女關係,本質上與生存權,人格權,平等權,財產權,人性尊嚴,幸福追求,社會交易安全等法益有關.
2.政治結構自家天下發展到民主國家,人格自由與平等權之個人主義思想,經濟與科技發展等因素,均影響家庭組織與社會變遷.法律面對家庭與社會之變遷下之多元問題,如何制定及修法,與時俱進,衡平以定紛止爭,促進良善之社會發展.
3.2012年六月施行之家事事件法係為能妥適、迅速、統合處理家事事件，促進程序經濟，平衡保護關係人之實體利益與程序利益.明訂相關程序規範；舉如法院審理家事事件認有必要時，得斟酌當事人所未提出之事實，並依職權調查證據。維護隱私，處理程序以不公開法庭為之。當事人表達意願或陳述意見時，必要者，法院應通知直轄市、縣（市）主管機關指派社會工作人員或其他適當人員陪同在場，並得陳述意見。法院得隔別為之，並提供友善環境、採取適當及必要措施，保護意見陳述者及陪同人員之隱私及安全。當事人、證人或鑑定人之所在處所與法院間有聲音及影像相互傳送之科技設備而得直接審理者，法院認為必要時，得依聲請以該設備為之。並重視調解前置主義。1.
