本課程擬以檢察官之定位與客觀義務論為出發點，重新討論於現代社會之檢察官應扮演之角色與應有機能為何，於此之上，再聚焦於討論檢察官之公訴權行使的理論與現狀。

(1)被告的特定
(2)公訴事實與訴因制度

以上五大課題分十六週講授，採案例研析問答式講授法，於此期間，將適度選擇適當課題延請實務界人士一起參與課程討論、抑或進行專題演說。This course focuses on the positioning and objective discussion of the prosecutor's positioning and objective discussion, rediscussing the role and function of the prosecutor in modern society. The above five major subjects are taught in 16 weeks, and are taught in case analysis and question-based. During this period, people in the practical industry will be invited to discuss the course, or conduct topics.
