7320 - 台灣國際私法案例研究 英授 Taught in English
教育目標 Course Target
本課程在基礎國際私法理論上，結合近年台灣司法實務上之涉外案例資料，透過比較法學、演譯分析與歸納原則的方法，與研究學生共同型塑台灣國際私法的理論模式，並進一步針對不同的涉外案件議題，研究提出多元的解決方案。期能藉由公開討論與意見交流，培養修課學生深入研究國際私法問題之能力。
This course is based on basic private international law theory, combined with foreign-related case data from Taiwan's judicial practice in recent years, and uses the methods of comparative law, deductive analysis and inductive principles to jointly shape the theoretical model of Taiwan's private international law with research students, and further research and propose diverse solutions to different foreign-related case issues. It is hoped that through open discussion and exchange of opinions, students will be able to develop their ability to conduct in-depth research on private international law issues.
