本課程在基礎國際私法理論上，結合近年台灣司法實務上之涉外案例資料，透過比較法學、演譯分析與歸納原則的方法，與研究學生共同型塑台灣國際私法的理論模式，並進一步針對不同的涉外案件議題，研究提出多元的解決方案。期能藉由公開討論與意見交流，培養修課學生深入研究國際私法問題之能力。In terms of the theory of international private law, this course combines foreign-related case data in Taiwan's judicial practice in recent years, and compares the methods of law, translation analysis and principle-based approaches, and jointly shapes the theoretical model of Taiwan's international private law with research students, and further discusses different foreign-related cases and proposes diversified solutions. In the future, we can cultivate students' ability to conduct in-depth research on international private law problems through public discussion and opinion exchanges.
