教育目標 Course Target

1. 熟悉電腦整合設計與製造在產業界所扮演的角色。 2. 熟悉電腦整合設計與製造相關軟、硬體,作為產品設計與製造的工具。 3. 熟悉CNC機台操作與控制碼轉換。 4. 逆向工程與快速原型製造技術。 5. 虛擬產品設計與開發。 6. 以3D CAD軟體為基礎之產品設計製造。 7. 電腦整合設計與製造報告撰寫。 8. 熟悉圖檔在不同電腦輔助設計軟體間之轉換。 9. 探討物聯網(Internet of Things)、大數據(Big Data),對於整個產業設計與製造之影響。 10. 探討工業4.0對於台灣產業之影響。 1. Be familiar with the role of computer integration design and manufacturing in the industry. 2. Be familiar with the software and hardware related to computer integrated design and manufacturing, as a tool for product design and manufacturing. 3. Be familiar with CNC machine operation and control code conversion. 4. Reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology. 5. Virtual product design and development. 6. Product design and manufacturing based on 3D CAD software. 7. Comprehensive design and manufacturing report writing. 8. Be familiar with the conversion of files between different computer-aided design software. 9. Explore the impact of Internet of Things and Big Data on the design and manufacturing of the entire industry. 10. Explore the impact of Industry 4.0 on Taiwan's industries.


課程概述 Course Description

電腦整合設計與製造課程,對本系研究所學生而言,可建立其3D CAD/CAM的整合技能,對於日後研究、就業,均極為重要。 3D電腦幾何模型、3D電腦建模的技巧、rendering、工程三視圖、組立圖、電腦輔助製造、以及產品造型設計與開發。 授課內容: 1.Introduction to CAD/CAM/CAE Systems. 2.Basic Concepts of Graphics Programming 3.Geometric Modeling Systems 4.Representation of Curves 5.Representation of Surfaces 6.Representation of Solids 7.Finite-Element Modeling and Analysis 8.CAD and CAM Integration 9.Mid-Term Exam 10.Numerical Control 11.Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing 12.Industrial Robotics 13.Material Handling and Transport System 14.Flexible Manufacturing System 15.Automated Assembly System 16.Process Planning and Concurrent Engineering 17.Virtual Engineering 18.Final-Term Exam 教學目標: 1.熟悉電腦整合設計與製造在產業界所扮演的角色%A
Computer integration design and manufacturing courses are extremely important for students in this department to establish their 3D CAD/CAM integration skills, which are both important for future research and employment. 3D computer geometry modeling techniques, 3D computer modeling techniques, rendering, engineering three-dimensional graphics, assembly pictures, computer aid manufacturing, and product styling design and development. Course content: 1.Introduction to CAD/CAM/CAE Systems. 2.
