教育目標 Course Target

輔導學生完成相關餐旅領域之實習,以培養學生專業能力,並將理論與實務相結合,使順利成為日後業界之管理人才。Instruct students to complete the practice of related catering and tourism fields, to cultivate students' professional abilities, and to combine theory with practice, so as to successfully become a management talent in the future industry.


課程概述 Course Description

為培養學生成為餐旅進階管理人才,期許學生能具備餐旅產業分析與策略性思考能力,且將課程中之餐旅專業理論與產業中實務相結合,使其將來能順利進入相關產業,同時符合業界之需求。此課程特別針對碩士班學生,不管其過去是否有餐旅相關工作經驗,可藉由此次實習,更加認識餐旅業。同時對其在撰寫相關研究論文時也能更清楚的應用於實際產業中,在其畢業後可更順利找到適合之餐旅工作。
In order to cultivate students as advanced management talents for catering and tourism, students are expected to have the ability to analyze and think strategically in the catering and tourism industry, and combine the professional theory of catering and tourism in the course with the actual business in the industry, so that they can successfully enter related industries and meet the needs of the industry. This course is specially designed for students in the cadet class. Regardless of whether they have had restaurant and tourism related work experience in the past, they can learn more about restaurant and tourism through this practice. At the same time, it can be applied more clearly to the international industry when writing related research papers, and can find suitable dining and travel jobs more easily after graduation.
